TRH Equine Veterinary Services can perform routine surgery in the field or stable. We perform a range of soft tissue, orthopaedic and dental surgical procedures under local or IV anaesthetic. Including wound repairs, castrations, skin graphs over extensive wounds, etc.
Surgery can be performed under standing sedation with local anaesthetic or under GA anaesthesia at the stable or in clinic.
Castrations can be performed standing or under GA depending on circumstances. Advanced wound repair and ongoing treatment, Caslicks operations and some dental surgery is performed in clinic or at your stables.
